Regenerative agriculture practices, which involve protecting and restoring soil health to help capture more carbon from the atmosphere, play an important role in our efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across our supply chains. Bunge partners with farmers and input companies, to support regenerative agriculture practices, empowering them with the tools and resources they need to take on these important conservation efforts.
The projects we are driving in multiple geographies around the world with farmers growing soybean, corn, rapeseed and sunflower, help to reduce nitrogen loss on farms, supports biodiversity, waterways and natural wildlife - all while working to address climate change.

Besides increasing availability of vegetable oil feedstocks, such as soybean and canola oil, we are growing supply chains of low carbon oils such as used cooking oil (UCO), distillers' corn oil (DCO), animal fat and by-product utilization. In the past few years, we have announced joint ventures with Chevron in the U.S. and Olleco, in Europe.
