Bunge Earns Recognition for Disability Inclusion Across Five Countries

Bunge is celebrating a significant milestone this year, with five countries recognized as a World’s Top Disability Inclusive Business based on its performance on the Disability Index, the leading global benchmark for disability inclusion in business. Our teams in the United States, Canada, Romania and Poland are first-time honorees, while Brazil has been recognized for the second consecutive year.

These recognitions reflect the everyday actions, commitments and dedication that help create a culture where people feel valued, supported and included.

"We are continuing to build momentum in advancing disability inclusion across the company, and the progress we’re seeing is a testament to the dedication of our teams around the world,” said Angie Cody, Director, Inclusion & Belonging.

While these recognitions mark meaningful progress in our journey to disability inclusion, the disability benchmark also highlights where we have an opportunity to grow. The Disability Index is the world’s leading third-party benchmarking tool for evaluating disability inclusion across a wide range of topics.

"Bunge is inspired to keep raising the bar and building environments where accessibility and belonging are part of how we work every day,” said Cody.

Congratulations to the teams in Brazil, Canada, United States, Romania and Poland for achieving this recognition. The teams’ commitment and everyday actions are helping bring our culture of belonging to life and setting an inspiring example across our global operations.

Together, we are building a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
