Opinions may be expressed, but any comment or content that is not in line with Bunge’s culture and values, Code of Conduct or Communications policy may be removed.
While on GoConnect, employees should:
- Keep our Bunge values in mind when commenting or posting content: Act as One Team. Drive for Excellence. Do What’s Right.
- Discover, read, join channels, comment, like and share when allowed.
- Post appropriate content in channels that allow user-created content.
- Understand that first and last names will accompany all posted comments and content.
- Send your positive support and ask good questions. Consider a more private, direct channel if you plan to express negative viewpoints.
- Comply with the FirstUp Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, the Bunge Code of Conduct and Communications Policy when using GoConnect.

- Share inappropriate content, as defined by Bunge’s Code of Conduct and the Communications Policy.
- Harass, bully or otherwise threaten the safety of anyone at Bunge.
- Share any content from the app to external sites, systems or platforms except when using the Share button for content on which it is activated
