Bunge’s Industrial Operations Trainee Program 2024 starts in September and offers an 18-months development experience, under a full-time paid contract, designed to fast-track your career in a field that suits you best: Production, Project Management, Maintenance, Environmental Sustainability, Automation, Quality and Food Safety, and more.

Profiles we are looking for:

  • Like us, you are passionate, bold, and driven.  
  • You have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. Chemical, Quality, Food, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Sciences…) or hold equivalent work experience.
  • You are oriented to results, eager to learn, and able to think critically. 
  • You are fluent in English. Local working language knowledge might be requested. 
  • Experience of up to 2 years is valued but not required.
