Industrial Operations Trainee Program

Bunge’s Industrial Operations Trainee Program starts in September and offers an 18-months development experience, under a full-time paid contract, designed to fast-track your career in a field that suits you best mainly in Production, Processing, Maintenance, Reliability,  and Refining (Chemistry). 

We are looking for individuals who can bring their passion, talent, and diverse thinking to continue to make us the most innovative and dynamic company in our industry. Profiles we are looking for:

  • Like us, you are passionate, bold, and driven.  
  • You have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. Chemical, Quality, Food, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Sciences…) or hold equivalent work experience.
  • You are oriented to results, eager to learn, and able to think critically. 
  • You are fluent in English. Local working language knowledge might be requested. 
  • Experience of up to 2 years is valued but not required.
