As an IT professional specializing in procurement solutions, Ravi’s role involves daily interactions with global IT colleagues, conducting business workshops, and setting up ad-hoc configurations for solutions like SRM to optimize Bunge's worldwide procurement processes. He's driven by the challenge of streamlining operations and analyzing business needs to enhance efficiency and digital capabilities across different countries. Ravi deeply appreciates Bunge's supportive work culture and work-life balance. Seeking to expand his limits with Bunge, he made the move to Mohali in 2018, a city he enthusiastically describes as 'one of the best locations in India in terms of weather, infrastructure, and living standards.'
He joined Bunge in 2023 as a Senior Manager in SOX Compliance within the Internal Audit department. He plays a pivotal role in strengthening Bunge's financial integrity through robust and reliable control and reporting practices.
